1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dk445 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the dk445 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services on the dk445 platform, including live casino games, sports betting, crash games, slot games, and all promotional offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the dk445 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Age verification may be requested at any time and accounts belonging to underage players will be closed without notice.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts may not be registered by or on behalf of a corporate entity.

• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access dk445 services, you must create a registered account. During registration you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that you own and control, which will serve as your primary account credential.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity carried out under your account.

You agree to update your account details promptly if any registered information changes. dk445 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including a national identity card, birth certificate, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dk445 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support via live chat.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed.
• dk445 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges; you are responsible for any such fees.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. dk445 does not charge withdrawal fees.
• Withdrawals may require KYC verification before processing. dk445 reserves the right to request identity documents prior to approving any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dk445 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. New player bonuses apply to first-time deposits only and may not be claimed more than once per person, household, or device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account.
• dk445 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the player will be notified and the remaining bonus balance removed.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply where specific promotion terms are silent.

Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Using multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud.

6. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

dk445 is committed to responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits may be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — players may set session duration alerts to receive a notification when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion — players wishing to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live casino games, or coordinate wagering to exploit promotional structures.
• Money laundering or using dk445 to transfer, conceal, or convert funds of unlawful origin. dk445 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in response to any verification request.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will not be paid out.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dk445 platform — including site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game interfaces — is the property of dk445 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of dk445. Unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

dk445 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the period requested by dk445.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests initiated by the player against dk445 without valid grounds.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise by a third party.

Where an account is closed by dk445 for reasons other than a player breach, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned via the registered payment method within a reasonable period. Where termination follows a breach of these Terms, dk445 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk445 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss, whether caused by technical failure, server downtime, payment processing errors, or any other cause beyond dk445's reasonable control.

dk445 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content on it. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer action and dk445 does not guarantee any particular result or return to any player.

11. Privacy

dk445 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. dk445 uses SSL encryption to protect all account and transaction data. 12. Amendments to These Terms

dk445 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of dk445 after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law.
